Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new and existing mobile game titles

• Develop and implement user acquisition and retention strategies across platforms (App Store, Google Play, social media, etc.)

• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to ensure campaigns align with the brand and audience

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) for maximum ROI

• Oversee content creation and management across social media channels and app stores

• Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and drive continuous improvement


Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of continuous employment in a role involving confidential data handling (for example, marketing, tech, or a related field)

• Proven trustworthiness and reliability with a natural ability to handle sensitive information

• 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing (mobile apps or gaming preferred)

• Strong grasp of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or equivalent

• Demonstrated success in managing paid campaigns across major platforms

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Committed to long-term employment with no freelance or parallel engagements


Nice to Have

• Experience marketing mobile products with broad consumer appeal

• Familiarity with data protection regulations

• Passion for educational or entertainment-based digital products
