Backend - API Expert

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to join our team! You’ll design, develop, and maintain software solutions while collaborating closely with a dynamic group of professionals. You’ll help ensure high-quality code, troubleshoot issues, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. We expect Backend developers to ensure projects are completed and launched within 2 to 7 days from scratch. You may need to generate dummy APIs during in case the frontend needs to be unblocked to maintain progress and meet deadlines. We value developers who can self-manage and adapt quickly to dynamic workflows. For instance, a typical request might be: “Build an app like this competitor.” If Figma designs are not yet complete, you should be able to identify key components and begin structuring the API required by the app to ensure efficient progress while waiting for finalized designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior developers.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and offerings.
• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance the functionality and intelligence of our web applications and software solutions.
• Explore and implement AI-driven features to improve user experience, automate processes, and provide intelligent insights.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and Back-end technologies.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as: fire-base functions/hosting/fire-store, Typescript, JavaScript (Node.js), or Mongo DB, including working on Docker container.
• Experience with modern web frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular,or Vue.js, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
