How to Delete Your Account
Our Apps Assistant allows users to create an account. In accordance with Google Play policies, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
You can request account deletion using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Your Account from Within the App
1- Open the app
2- Go to Settings
3- Select My Account (if available)
4- Tap Delete Account
5- Confirm the deletion request
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed automatically.
Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by email.
Please send an email to:
Include the following information:
- The email address or identifier associated with your account
- The app name
- A clear request to delete your account
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification of your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User account information
- Chat history and associated content
- App usage data linked to your account
- Any stored personal identifiers
Data Retention
Account data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.
Certain data may be retained temporarily where required by law, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Retained data is securely stored and permanently removed once retention obligations expire.
