We expect Backend developers to ensure projects are completed and launched within 2 to 7 days from scratch. You may need to generate dummy APIs during in case the frontend needs to be unblocked to maintain progress and meet deadlines. We value developers who can self-manage and adapt quickly to dynamic workflows. For instance, a typical request might be: “Build an app like this competitor.” If Figma designs are not yet complete, you should be able to identify key components and begin structuring the API required by the app to ensure efficient progress while waiting for finalized designs
