UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for UX/UI Designers with mobile game app experience! You’ll design intuitive, engaging interfaces, conduct user research, and create wireframes and prototypes. Collaborating with developers and designers, you’ll optimize designs based on feedback to improve player experience and retention.

The UI/UX Designer has to have self-management skills and should be capable of solving problems on their own with minimal need of support or supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize and Design: Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with game aesthetics and enhance the player experience. 
● User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and play testing to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points; use findings to iterate on designs. 
● Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. 
● Collaboration: Work closely with developers, game designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. 
● Optimization: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics, optimizing for player satisfaction and retention. 

Key Requirements: 

● 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in the mobile gaming industry. 
● Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of mobile game UI/UX design work, including interactive prototypes and final designs. 
● Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Sketch, or Adobe XD, Photoshop and illustrator is a plus. 
● User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and mobile interaction patterns. 
● Game Design Knowledge: Familiarity with mobile gaming mechanics and design considerations, including monetization and retention strategies. 
● Experience with motion design and animation for creating interactive game elements. 
● Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine as it pertains to UI implementation.
