We’re looking for a Senior VR Unity Developer to join our team and take ownership of building high-quality immersive experiences. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain VR applications using Unity, implement core gameplay and interaction systems, optimize performance for VR hardware, and ensure stable, production-ready releases. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to translate ideas into engaging, intuitive VR experiences while staying current with Unity and VR industry best practices.
We expect Senior VR Unity Developers to deliver complete, launch-ready projects within 1–2 weeks from scratch when required. This often involves working with dummy or incomplete APIs to maintain momentum and meet deadlines. We value developers who can self-manage, make technical decisions independently, and adapt quickly to evolving requirements. A typical request may be: “Build a VR app similar to this competitor.” Even if Figma designs or full specifications are not yet finalized, you should be comfortable identifying core components, structuring the project architecture, and progressing efficiently while designs are being completed.
